“Yoga, like life, is a never-ending journey.”

Anh’s yoga journey began in 2006, when she was working as an office manager for a Dutch furniture group. Seeking balance from the pressures of work, she turned to Indian yoga teachers to learn meditation and asana practice — tools that helped her restore calm and stability.

“Yoga, like life, is a never-ending journey.”

In 2012, life brought her to Budapest, Hungary, where she deepened her practice with Bikram and Ashtanga yoga under the guidance of local teachers. Four years later, another move took her to Kansas, USA, where she completed her 200-hour teacher training. After graduating, Anh began teaching Vinyasa, Restorative, and Yin Yoga in various fitness clubs across Kansas and Missouri.

In 2019, as her family relocated once again to Germany — just as the Covid pandemic began — she continued to share yoga, offering classes to parents at Leipzig International School.

Since September 2021, Anh has been rooted in the Moulon area, where her practice and teaching continue to evolve.

Anh’s teaching style is dynamic, creative, and playful, yet always mindful. She gently guides her students to meet themselves where they are, while encouraging them to explore their fullest potential. She especially enjoys working one-on-one, tailoring each session to the unique needs of her students.

With years of experience guiding seniors and individuals recovering from surgery or injury, she offers a gentle and supportive approach to movement. Her classes focus on restoring mobility, easing stiffness, and helping each person regain confidence in their body — safely, softly, and at their own pace.
